SURCHARGE
Please note all transactions settled via credit card will be subject to 1.5% surcharge for Visa and MasterCard and 3.0% for Diners and American Express. This amount will be added to the transaction total.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A full repayment is required to guarantee the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As these are popular events, any changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing to katie.robertson@ihg.com.
For any cancellations received after the 30th of September 2025 and any no shows on the event date, no refunds will be processed.
