THE CROWNE I
Queenstown meetings venues don’t all look like this… floor to ceiling windows offer your guests extensive views across Lake Wakatipu and some of Queenstown’s most recognised mountain ranges including the Remarkables and Cecil Peak. The Crowne I, is Crowne Plaza Queenstown hotels second largest meetings venue and has the capacity to hold up to 90 people.
The Crowne I meeting venue features advanced technology, including:

- Ceiling mounted data projectors
- Intelligent lighting with blackout capability
- High speed wireless internet access.
This meeting venue also offers pre- function spaces, including the Atrium breakout area and a private courtyard, to have a nice break with stunning views.
THE CROWNE II
The Crowne II is Crowne Plaza Queenstown largest meeting venues, with a capacity up to 200 people. Like its adjacent rooms – Crowne I and Crowne III- Crowne II takes in inspiring views over Lake Wakatipu and some of Queenstown’s most iconic mountain ranges, including the Remarkables.

Crowne III might be smaller but it packs a big punch. If you are looking for a flexible meetings venue in Queenstown, with a capacity of up to 70 people, this is the space for you. Enjoy panoramic views over the beautiful Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy all the features of our larger Queenstown meeting rooms including advanced technology, touch screen controls, ceiling mounted data projectors, intelligent lighting with blackout capability and high speed wireless internet access. THE ATRIUM
The Atrium is the perfect complimentary space to host your pre/post function in. The large sliding doors can be pulled back to provide courtyard access creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This space is capable of a maximum capacity of 200 people. The Atrium provides function flexibility, from breakout spaces for team activities and trade displays, to working lunches or a wine-tasting function at the end of the day.
