We understand how important is to keep fit even though you’re on a work or a leisure travel, that’s why our fitness centre operates 24x7. You will find a full range of equipment including weights, treadmills, rowing machines and stationary bikes.
We also hold bespoke Yoga lessons available on request (prebookings required at least 24 hours prior to session).
SKI STORAGE
We have a complimentary onsite heated storage room for skis, boards and snow gear available to all guests. Simply drop your gear off and it will all be nice and dry for you in the morning. We don’t allow ski gear in our rooms or ski boots in the lobby to prevent any damage.
Our Concierge team can also store your belongings free of charge if you have an afternoon flight or need to do some last minute shopping after check out. We also provide complimentary long term storage for luggage if you are in Queenstown for the many multi-day walking & biking trails in the region. Our Concierge team will issue you claim tickets for our secure storage area.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Located on the 5th floor, our guest laundry is available to all guests.
You will find three washing machines and three tumble dryers. The guest laundry is open from 9am till 9pm daily.
If you require dry cleaning, we have a contracted dry cleaning service that will assist you with your laundry. They pick up six days a week (closed Sunday) and provide same day dry cleaning, provided it’s at reception before 8.30am, and items are returned between 4pm and 5pm each day*.
*Please note dry cleaning services are not available on Public Holidays.
VALET PARKING
Crowne Plaza Queenstown offers valet parking services.
You may park outside the main entrance of the hotel on Beach Street where you will be greeted by our friendly hotel staff who will take care of your vehicle.
Our car park area is equipped with lights, although it is not covered.
Parking is available at $23 NZD per night and $15 NZD per day.
