However, we know some of our guests may prefer an alternative one. At the Crowne Plaza Queenstown we have a pillow menu to suit everyone’s needs.

FITNESS CENTRE
Stay sharp with fitness facilities that are open 24/7.
You will find a full range of equipment including weights, treadmills, rowing machines and stationary bikes.
We also can arrange bespoke Yoga lessons (24 hours prior to session).
SKI STORAGE
We have a complimentary onsite heated storage room for skis, boards and snow gear for our guests. Simply drop your gear off and it will all be nice and dry for you in the morning.
Our team can also store your belongings free of charge if you have a later flight and would still like to explore, or long term luggage storage if you are in Queenstown for the many multi-day hiking and biking trails in the region.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Located on the 5th floor, our guest laundry is available to all guests.
You will find three washing machines and three tumble dryers. The guest laundry is open from 7am till 9pm daily.
If you require dry cleaning, we have a dry cleaning service that will assist you with your laundry.
They pick up six days a week (closed Sunday) and provide same day dry cleaning, provided it’s at reception before 8.30am, and items are returned between 4pm and 5pm each day*.
*Please note dry cleaning services are not available on Public Holidays.
VALET PARKING
Crowne Plaza Queenstown offers valet parking services.
You may park outside the main entrance of the hotel on Beach Street where you will be greeted by our friendly hotel staff who will take care of your vehicle.
Our car park area is equipped with lights, although it is not covered.
Parking is available at $20 NZD per day, or $38 NZD overnight.
