Before you book your stay at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown hotel, it is natural you may have a number of questions on your mind. Whether you’re wondering about our location, our hotel facilities or services available at the hotel, we’re here to help. We have gathered a selection of frequenty asked questions (FAQ) about the hotel and answered them. We are located in the heart of Queenstown, across the road from Lake Wakatipu and Steamers Wharf.
PARKING & CAR RENTAL
We offer a valet parking service only at the hotel which does incur a fee per night. Simply leave your keys with the Concierge Team and one of our Concierges will park your vehicle for you. When you require your vehicle again, please call reception 10 minutes ahead of time and a member of our team will bring it to the driveway for you.
HOTEL SERVICES
There are individual thermostat controls in each room. Simply turn the dial clockwise to be warmer or anticlockwise for cooler temperatures. There is also a fan speed control at the bottom of the thermostat. Please contact concierge should you require assistance.
TELEPHONE AND INTERNET
To get an outside line, lift the receiver off the phone and dial 1, then dial the number you require. For international calling you need to lift the receiver, dial 1 for the outside line, then 00, followed by the country code, the area code and the number. Local and international charges apply.
CONFERENCE & EVENTS
Business Services are located on the ground floor by reception and accessible 24 hours a day. There are two computers with printing and scanning services available free of charge. If you require assistance, simply see a member of the reception team.
OUT AND ABOUT
Our concierge team will be more than happy to help you with booking activities and tours. Our Concierge team are here from 7am to 10pm and can be reached by dialing 7 from your room, or you can find them at the Concierge desk by reception.
DINING OPTIONS
We offer three options for breakfast. The full buffet is $32 per person, the continental option is $24.00 per person and there is also an a la carte menu available. Children between the ages of 5-12 can dine for $14.00 for the buffet. Children 0-5 years are complimentary.
HOTEL FACILITIES
The taxi will pick you up from the forecourt of the hotel main entrance.
