Safari of the Scenes: Wakatipu Basin

This tour offers goldpanning, 4WD river crossings and a great overview of the diverse scenery of the Queenstown/Arrowtown area. The tour offers you a glimpse of the filming locations of Minas Tirith, Misty Mountains, the Pillars of the Kings (Argonath), the site of Isildur’s fall, the Ford of Bruinen and more!

4WD Skippers Canyon Tour

Skippers Road was hacked by hand into the sheer cliff sides of the Shotover River valley. We follow Skippers Road across the historic suspension bridge built in the 1900s to the old township of Skippers. This tour offers spectacular mountain scenery, rugged canyons, gold panning and exciting 4WD-ing.

Offering great photo opportunities and exclusive 360 degree panoramic views this truly is the ride with a view. We have access to a wealth of trails on Queenstown Hill covering different types of terrain, allowing a Quad Bike tour that is tailored to the ability of the group. We provide full training, protective clothing, refreshments and small guide to client ratio.
